Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the delivered items correctly match your order. However, if an error occurs on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will ship the correct product to you immediately at no additional cost.
Address changes are possible only if the parcel has not yet been picked up by the courier. Please contact our staff immediately via Line Official (@mypaws) with your Order Number to request a correction.
